The trade association, KONSTHANTVERKARNA I YSTAD, is a group of
professional handicrafters and designers working and living in and around Ystad.
We wish to offer locally manufactured crafts of high quality regarding use of material,
technique and new thinking in our individual fields of work.
With traditional techniques as our base, we wish to further our Swedish cultural heritage in this beautiful medieval town.
We are located in Jens Jacobsens house,
in the heart of Ystads quaint city center.
The building, built in 1640, is one of the areas most beautiful half-timbered houses.
